Meet Our Founder — Coach Dan
Dan McNair is a leadership coach and facilitator with 25+ years of broad organizational development experience.
He has worked within a variety of Executive Teams, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement teams.
Dan has spent the last decade coaching custom home builders and specialty contractors through business transitions. His clients range from luxury residential builders to commercial GCs—all facing the same challenge: building businesses that will outlast the owner/founder. Dan's Capstone framework is built on real-world experience helping owner-operators move from heroics to stewardship through in-person workshops, individual coaching and strategic planning off-sites.
He is passionate about helping his clients build cultures of ownership and create options for the future of their business. Dan is father to Gil, Walker, Delaney and also enjoys coaching crew with his wife Jenny while serving as coach to his kids’ sports teams.
